To make this more fun, we change the transition equation for theta-dot
so that the hovercraft continues spinning even if no input is applied.
Unfortunately, no moment of inertia is taken into account, so the model
is probably not incredibly accurate. We assume that the center of the
robot is the center of mass.

But, this still isn't too terribly exciting. Where on earth do you
have a frictionless environment that would allow you to spin out of
control? We need more space for this problem.
